Blue Screen Issues.
If you are experiencing a networking or downloading issue and you see a similar Blue Network Error screen below, and you have recently performed a Restore Factory then please continue reading the Tech Support supplement Network Error Blue Page for further assistance.
Your favorite new button.
Many of you are not familiar with using this button. What does the RED button on the remote control do? Well the RED button can only be accessed when you are in the TV Channel menu (this is the page when you a press the TV icon from the home page. When you are in the TV Channel menu, you can press the RED button and it will refresh your TV List to provide you with the most current TV list. By refreshing the TV list, it may also restore video connections if you are experiencing delayed loading of channels. For more information you can visit the TV List Shortcuts under Tech Support.
