No Sound?? What happened!!

First check to see if your may have accidently MUTED the sound. Simply press the "Volume +" button on the remote.

If that didn't resolve the problem, then please check your TV volume.

If you are still experiencing no sound, then the HDMI or Audio/Video (CVBS aka RCA) cables is securely connected to the LevanTV and the TV.

Go to [Settings] on the Home Page and press "OK".

Toggle down to [General] and press "OK".

Go to [Sound] and see if it is set to "ON". If it is set to "OFF" then press "OK" and turn "ON" the sound.

Another issue for no sound may be a defective HDMI cable. Please try to connect with another HDMI cable.
